CCTV Strategy Survey

This consultation closes on 20 January 2020

Our cameras are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and they proved to be an essential tool in both detecting and deterring crime.

We want to make sure that CCTV continues to make a difference, that’s why we are looking into new CCTV technological advancements and different ways of working, so we can be more responsive in town centres.

We would like to understand how you feel about CCTV in North East Lincolnshire and gather your views on these new initiatives.

We hope to make North East Lincolnshire a place that can be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

Are you completing this survey as:
Do you think we should place fixed and mobile CCTV cameras in areas that see ongoing threats and issues?
Do you think the Council has the right level of CCTV coverage across the borough?
(we currently have 153 static CCTV cameras and 17 Rapid Deployment Cameras)
Do you think that any of the following initiatives might help to reduce crime and antisocial behaviour across the borough?  (Select all those you think would help).
